Confidentiality Agreement

Muscle Master requests some personal information (name, age, nutritional preferences, interests, height, weight, etc.) in order to optimize its customer service (the “Information”). The Information is collected on Muscle Master servers and computers and used only within Muscle Master, for periodic campaign studies, custom promotion activities for customer profiles and customer "classification" studies for unsolicited messages.

Muscle Master does not share the Information with third parties, does not use or sell it for commercial purposes for any non-operational reason.

Furthermore, Muscle Master interprets visitor movements and preferences that it monitors during application use, in addition to the personal information requested in e-mail addresses and membership forms by analysing. These statistical data are excluded from the Information and can be shared with Muscle Master business partners in order to provide a better experience to Muscle Master customers.

Notwithstanding the above, Information can be disclosed to official authorities upon request by the official authorities and in cases where it is obliged to make a statement to the authorities in accordance with the provisions of the mandatory legislation in force.

All Information entered by the customer into the system can only be changed upon the customer's request.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

The applicable law and our practices change over time. If we decide to update our privacy policy, we will announce the changes on our Sites and Applications. If we materially change the way we process your personal data, we will notify you in advance or ask for your consent before implementing these changes when legally required. We strongly recommend that you read our privacy policy and learn about our practices. This privacy policy was last changed in March 2021.
